SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:

Customer receives a user account to our online training center and access to the online training courses for the duration of time associated with the subscription plan ordered. The license period starts on the order date and ends on the expiration date through end of day based on Eastern Time Zone USA. For renewal orders, the start date is the order date or current expiration date, whichever is later. Courses defined for a subscription plan cannot be substituted.

SINGLE-USER, NON-TRANSFERABLE SUBSCRIPTION:

Sharing account login, password, and access is strictly prohibited. User is permitted to save course lesson informational content for personal use only where available, as this capability is NOT available for Agile and Business Analysis courses. However, User shall not alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any course software applications and contents. User shall not, remove, alter, cover or obfuscate any copyright notices or other proprietary rights notices placed or embedded by Skillsoft on or in any part of the Skillsoft Products.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer is responsible for providing or obtaining the computer hardware and installing the software required to play and use the online courses, and any additional configuration requirements as listed in the System Requirements. Technical support is available 24/7 for installation, configuration and trouble-shooting help. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with software and data plan usage related to mobile device usage. Customer, whether located within or outside the United States, is responsible for any sales use tax or similar tax that may be applicable for online training services offered by Point Advantage. Any customer placing an order from outside the United States is responsible for costs relating to exchange rate differences and foreign currency transaction costs that are typically imposed for international orders. Customer is responsible to pay any membership fee, exam-related fee, and any certification renewal fee to the organization which awards and administers the certifications.

REFUNDS AND EXTENSIONS/RENEWALS:

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund. No refunds or carry-forwards for courses not started or not completed by the end of the subscription period. No refunds for students who do not pass a certification exam. All extensions or renewals of an active or expired subscription plan must be purchased at our site online, without exception. The minimum amount of time to purchase a renewal is 90 days, with options to purchase 90, 180 or 365 days.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT:

Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week via phone, email and chat. Point Advantage Customer Service is available by submitting requests, inquiries and account support requests via email and having a 24-hour maximum response time.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE DISCLOSURE:

System maintenance events occur regularly twice per week: Sundays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm ET and on Wednesdays from 1:00 am to 2:00 am ET during which Skillport (the online training center) will be unavailable. The scheduled down time is for routine maintenance and system upgrades to enhance your learning experience.

CERTIFICATION DISCLOSURE:

Neither Point Advantage nor the course publisher, Skillsoft Corporation, award certifications. The online training courses award qualifying training hours for PMI Certification eligibility and recertification, which can vary based on subscription plan purchased. No guarantees, express or implied, are made that students who take the Certification or Test Prep courses will pass the examinations administered by third-party organizations.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING + COUPON CODE POLICY:

Promotion prices cannot be combined with any other coupon and cannot be retroactively applied to any orders placed prior to the current promotion period. Customer must enter and apply any valid and unexpired coupon code during the online checkout process to receive the discount associated with the coupon code. Limit one coupon per order. Coupon codes cannot be used with any other promotional offers, renewal orders, and returning student orders. This policy is subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

SOFTWARE FEATURES POLICY:

The course software includes features to take courses online with an approved desktop or laptop system and browser, and with an approved iPad or Android tablet device. The download feature allows a student to download courses to a desktop or laptop system and take them while NOT connected to the internet. The download feature is no longer available to students placing a new or renewal order on or after August 20, 2015 and are using online training center #1. For all students who placed orders prior to August 20, 2015 and are using online training center #2, the download feature is available through December 31, 2015. Based on technological changes and advances, we reserve the right to adjust software features at any time, with or without notice.

COURSE RETIREMENT POLICY:

When the need exists to permanently retire one or more course in our online course library, any current subscriber impacted by course retirement will receive access to use new courses having similar or comparable topics and for an equivalent number of training hours or PDU credits that remain upon the course retirement date. All courses replaced that award PDUs for PMI certification and recertification purposes will continue to be classified and approved for PDUs with PMI. When courses are replaced with new ones, there is no additional cost to the current subscriber impacted by this change. All current subscribers will be notified in advance of courses that are being retired and replaced with new courses. This policy is subject to change at any time, with or without notice.
