Training Center Technical Support

For Students currently taking courses online at Point Advantage and having technical issues with functions in the online training center or when playing courses, technical support is available 24/7 every day of the year. Login to your customer account at pointadvantage.com and locate the instructions to get technical support 24/7 via phone, chat or email. For all other support requests including online training center login assistance, training center access, training course assignment and PDU credit reporting, contact the Point Advantage Customer Care group.
