TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Trial Period Subscription Term: The subscription period 90 days plus any partial amount of time for the date of purchase. Allow up to 24 hours to receive access notification to the online training center account. Single-user subscription: Sharing account login, password, and access is strictly prohibited. Trial Plan Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund. Unused or incomplete courses upon subscription expiring are ineligible for refunds.
Upgrade Terms and Conditions:
Student/Customer who has purchased the PACE I Trial Course Plan is eligible to upgrade to any of the following PACE I online training subscription plans:
> PACE I: Leadership (365 day plan)
> PACE I: Six Sigma (365 day plan)
> PACE I: UNLIMITED (90, 180, OR 365 day plans)
Student/Customer is eligible to receive $99 (USD) upgrade discount towards any of the plans listed above (ACHIEVE course subscription plans are currently ineligible for this upgrade offer). For Trial Plans ordered after July 31, 2010, online order upgrades must be placed at our website within 90 days from the date of PACE I Trial Plan expiration. Make sure to use the coupon code displayed in the online training center or in the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase to receive the $99 upgrade discount. Point Advantage reserves the right to redetermine qualifying plans and products for the upgrade discount, as online training courses and plans can change over time.
