Ordering Help for PMI Training

If the STUDENT is someone other than the CARD HOLDER, use the "Click Here to Subscribe for Someone Else" option. Otherwise, use the "Subscribe" option to order the subscription plan.

Steps: Subscribing for Someone Else

  1. Click on the "Click Here to Subscribe for Someone Else" button
  2. Enter STUDENT NAME and STUDENT EMAIL address, then continue
  3. Review Cart Item(s): If you want to add another student, go to "plans + pricing" tab, select the plan, and repeat steps 1-2 shown above. When you are finished adding subscription plans for each student, click "click to proceed" if you are a 1st time buyer, otherwise enter login credentials  in the  Returning Customer box
  4. Go to 1 Step Checkout
  5. Enter Billing Information of the CARD HOLDER (and make sure the billing address information matches what the CARD ISSUER has on file)
  6. Enter a password for the CARD HOLDER
  7. Enter credit card information
  8. Agree to the subscription plan  terms and conditions
  9. Click on the Place Order button
  10. Get Online Receipt - done! 

  Successful Order:

  1. CARD HOLDER receives receipt via email and has a customer account for retrieving the invoice/receipts from the customer dashboard
  2. STUDENT receives email with login credentials (automatically created upon successful order) and information about accessing the online training subscribed

RETURNING CUSTOMERS/STUDENTS
 
If you completed project management training with Point Advantage prior to 2008, your profile may or may not be in the new system launched in January 2011. We can let you know if there is a  profile for you as an existing customer. Just email customercare@pointadvantage.com and we will respond to you promptly.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 
We have seen an increased number of financial institutions or credit card issuers in countries outside the USA and Canada that are  implementing Address Verification Services (AVS) that match your billing information to what you enter.  If you receive an AVS mismatch error, please check with the card issuer for the exact  billing address and zip code (postal, CEP, or similar) information before re-attempting.
 
For example, some addresses may require commas to be entered between address parts or not.  Plus, the zip/postal codes may have specific formats requiring spaces or hyphens to be entered or not.
