Customer has access to online training courses, online testing center, and online training resources for the duration of the period subscribed starting from the order date. For renewal orders, our system automatically recalculates and resets the total access period for the duration subscribed.

Single-user, non-transferable subscription: Sharing account login, password, access, and training materials is strictly prohibited. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund. Access to course completion certificate history after your subscription period expires is subject to additional fees.

Updates to the ACHIEVE III online training program based on the exam content changes after August 31, 2011 are excluded for all orders of this subscription plan placed with Point Advantage prior to August 31, 2011.

However, any ACHIEVE III subscriber will be able to RENEW this plan at discounted renewal rates when the ACHIEVE III online training program is updated with new exam content.
